Reviews can take longer than other submissions because they are written by Pauzeradio rather than simply being supplied for publication.

No. All music is reviewed before being accepted for the service. Pauzeradio reserves the right to decline submissions that are not suitable for the platform. Payment will not be taken for rejected submissions.
We will not change a review because an artist, label or representative is unhappy with our opinion.
If we have made a genuine factual mistake, you can contact us by email and request a correction. You have one opportunity to submit any factual corrections, so please include everything that needs correcting in that request.
Factual corrections do not include changes to the opinion, tone, rating or conclusions of the review.
Once we have started work on an accepted review, refunds are not normally available. Refunds are also not normally available once a review has been completed or published, except where required by law.

Generally, no. Pauzeradio does not edit, rewrite or remove published articles without a valid reason.
We will consider genuine factual errors, legal issues or other significant circumstances, but simply being unhappy with an article or changing your mind after publication is not normally a reason for it to be changed or removed.

Free Reggae Downloads
Free reggae downloads can be found through the Free Reggae Downloads section in the main Pauzeradio menu.
Yes. You need a Pauzeradio account to access and download music from the Free Reggae Downloads section.
DJs can contact Pauzeradio if they have a DJ mix that fits the genres and musical direction of the website.
Submission does not guarantee that a mix will be accepted. Pauzeradio has strict standards for all content featured on the site, including free downloads, and we reserve the right to decline any mix that we do not consider suitable.
Charts & Voting
Music reviewed on Pauzeradio can receive votes from registered readers and listeners. These votes contribute towards our Singles and Albums charts.
At the moment, the charts cover an end-of-year period. This will change to monthly charts once the new section becomes more established.
No. Advertising or purchasing a Pauzeradio service does not buy a position in the charts.
Accounts
Artist Services users, advertisers, readers and listeners can create accounts to access additional features across the website, including purchasing services, voting and free reggae downloads.
Yes. You can delete your Pauzeradio account through your Account Settings. Scroll down to the red Delete Account section and follow the instructions provided.
Some information relating to previous transactions may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting or security purposes.
Vinyl & CD Shop
The Pauzeradio vinyl and CD shop has moved to eBay.
When the new Pauzeradio site goes live, we will begin adding stock to eBay at a rate of around five listings per day. Up to 250 products will be listed at any one time.
We currently have hundreds of vinyl records and CDs in stock, so not everything will be available on eBay at once. Once we reach 250 active listings, new items will only be added as space becomes available.
If there is a record or CD you remember seeing in the old Pauzeradio store, it may still be in our stock and could appear in a future eBay listing.
You can find our eBay shop through the Shop section of Pauzeradio. We recommend following our eBay account so you do not miss a record or CD you have had your eye on.
No. We will not be restocking vinyl in the future. Once our existing stock has sold, it is gone.
Radio Shows
Radio shows and reggae mixes can be found in the Radio Shows section of the website.
Yes, but Pauzeradio does not openly accept guest DJ or radio show submissions. DJs and guest shows are carefully selected and are featured by invitation only.
No. Pauzeradio does not operate a music submission service for radio play.
Each DJ independently selects the music they want to play based on what they are listening to and feeling at the time.
Artists who would like their music to be considered are advised to contact individual DJs directly. Whether a track is played remains entirely at the DJ's discretion.
