Erupting like the volcano of his home town Montserrat, the faya youth Jah Marnyah has taken the world by surprise. Born Euclid Skerritt in Plymouth, Montserrat he was nurtured by his grandmother as a youth in the small village of Salem and observed the growing Rastafari faith of the island. To begin with he thought that one-man-on-yah but after deep meditation he realised Jah-man-on-yah where he got the name Jah Marnyah and has vowed to work for the Most High ever since. Siccaturie Alcock, aka Jah Cure, is the new “High Priest of Reggae.” From the age of three music reverberated through his small frame and hypnotised the souls of all those who listened to his music. Born in Hanover, Jamaica on October 11, 1978, the young man with the voice of a canary snuck out of his bedroom window late at night to visit local dance halls and stage shows.
