UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail for all UK shipping. We process most orders on the day we receive them, and Royal Mail collects them the next day, except for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. Should an issue arise, we will reach out to you through the email address or phone number specified on your order.

To arrange shipping with our carrier, you must provide a telephone number; we only use this for shipping purposes and do not store or sell it to third parties.

Europe/Rest of the World Delivery
DPD will ship orders to Europe, and the cost will vary based on the order’s weight. Depending on your location and country, you may incur import fees. We are not responsible for your import duties.

Customs Fees
The country’s individual government sets additional customs fees, over which Pauzeradio has no control or receives any money. We do not promise to pay any additional charges that may arise at customs; these are your responsibility.

Please be aware that if you return your order for a refund, we will not refund any customs charges or shipping costs. We will only process a refund once we receive your returned order in the same condition as when we sent it, if you refuse to pay any customs charges due and do not accept delivery of your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The items may be defective, incorrect, or missing
Within 7 days of receiving faulty goods or items damaged in transit, customers must contact us. If possible, we will replace these upon return, and we will refund the customer’s return postage.

We will replace any incorrect or missing items at no cost to the customer.

Please note that we only offer free returns in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You can return items that do not fit into these categories at your own expense, as long as they are in their original packaging, sealed or unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.

No-Fault Return
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Your item must be in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the refund status.

We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment if we approve your return.

We can offer a partial refund if the goods you return to us are used, appear to be no longer in good condition, or are in the same condition as when they left the shop.

Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the credit within 14 days of us issuing your refund.

Shipping for No-Fault Returns
For your own protection, we recommend that you always send returned items using a recorded delivery method.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
